In Italy, WindTre turns off some frequency bands during the night to save energy. The following morning, at varying times, they reactivate the bands (usually bands 1 and 7). In the evening when i restart the router, I typically see an ideal aggregation of B1+B3+B7+B20+N78. However, the next morning, bands 1 and 7, which were turned off for energy-saving purposes, no longer reconnect to the modem, resulting in a loss of bandwidth.
