sorry about the ex230 model in tag, but the ex820 isn't there

The big flaw of the TPLINK EX820v, and it is such a serious flaw that it forced me to use the Zyxel ex5601, is that it does not recognize the local LAN network... the famous and decades-old Windows WORKGROUP with the latest Win Win11 version. this lack does not allow access to NAS and other other PCs on the NETWORK... while the Zyxel does it perfectly.
Anyone who has contact with TP-LINK assistance could kindly point out the problem, otherwise for many the TPLink is unusable...
