I purchased the Deco X50-5G router and can't enable external antenna option. The toggle in the iphone app is there but it can't be toggled, no matter how hard I press it and what else I do it stays off. It's independent of the fact if I actually connect an antenna or not - it can't be toggled on. The device is brand new from a store (or at least should be), firmware is up to date, app is up to date. I tried rebooting everything, reinstalling the app, turning it on with the antenna attached or not - nothing changed. The option remains un-togggleable. Connecting the antennas doesn't do anything for the signal strength so I'm pretty sure it keeps connecting using the built-in antennas. I own two 5G antennas (a pair of small unidirectional ones and a brand new directional) - both work with the old router I have.

What do I do now except for returning the device as faulty.
