Hello!

I have this wireless adapter, and I set it as AP with the netsh command in Windows 8. I can easily connect to it with my mobile device.
The problem is with my another desktop computer that has the TL-WN722NC attached. When I try to connect to the WN7200ND, I get limited connection issue.

I have on the AP computer a Linux OS, too. Tried to set up the AP with hostapd program, and both mobile device and the another desktop computer connects to it without any problem.

So I compared the data on the client computer in TP-Link Wireless Client utility, and there are few differences.

With Linux AP (works):
Wireless Mode: 2.4GHz 65 Mbps
Extension Channel: (empty)
Extension Frequency: (empty)
Channel width: 20

With Windows 8 AP (doesn't work):
Wireless Mode: 2.4GHz 150 Mbps
Extension Channel: 7
Extension Frequency: 2.442 GHz
Channel Width: 20-40

The mobile device shows in both cases that the connection is 54Mbps.
Is it possible to fix the problem in Windows 8? Doesn't really matter if the speed is reduced.

Thanks.
