My TP-link modem connect through 3 switch ( 1 switch every floor). my PC connecting through ethernet cable wall socket.
Every switch have 24 hub. It's already 2nd month i'm using this modem.

I got his problem few days ago, always at the time about 11 pm. Now the problem gone, I'm posting this through my PC. but I don't want this problem happen again.
I can connect to the wifi via my phone.

Yesterday this problem come back, i've been surfing & downloading stuff all day long suddenly about 11 pm my network connection icons on showing unidentified network and change from Home Network to Public Network. I can't access 192.168.1.1 (error display, not showing anything even login page). I've changed it into home network, but it still showing unindentified network at that time.

I turn off my switch by pulling the power cable and turn it on again. Restart my modem, pull and re-insert ethernet cable on my wall socket and into the switch, and cable switch that connecting to the switch. Ipv6 address box always uncheck, reset my realtek network adapter, then restart my PC.
It's connecting again after I reboot modem for 3 times and reinsert ethernet cable into modem again.
Turn off my firewall, and my AVG.

I don't have any laptop to test directly into modem, and It's already 11 pm when my roommate already sleep.

Frankly, i have problem with rodent in my house, they chew some of cable ( 2 wire in black & white showing).
But I think it's my room cable not getting chewed since I can still connect to modem and access 192.168.1.1.
Previously, i suspect maybe DHCP pool already foold, but how come since it's 11 pm, even at 7 pm the number of user never even reached over 40.

so guys, what do you think ?
Is there something wrong with my TD-W8961ND cable connection, or is it my switch, or maybe it happen at 11 pm when a rat climbing the wire?
