The Settings logo keeps on blinking, my friend told me that it is still processing something that is why the settings logo keeps on blinking, but I already waited an hour and my network still in "Unidentifed Network". @Sicnarf

It was detected as unidentified network, that is why you cannot access the web UI of the router.

Try to right click on ethernet connection and disable it and re-enable it.

Or change another device or web browser to access the web interface.

Besides, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with the router powered on.

Good day.
