I have a TD-W8961ND

My router 3 days ago was somehow set to Unidentified Network and Pubic Network and I could not change this to my Home Network
I have a desktop and Windows 7.

Only way I could do was a factory reset and redo my settings and it works again, but a short while ago the same thing happened.

Any clues?
