HELP with TLP211 needed setting up IP camera

I have purchased an IP wifi surveillance camera as I have had some intruders down in my sheds at night. The camera works fine n the house but the wifi doesn't extend to the shed and a wifi booster apparently may not suit the metal shed. I purchased the tlpa211 as instructed by the computer guy at my local shop. I have plugged one in to the router and the other down in the shed, I have paired them and have also added an Ethernet cord to connect the camera .
The problem I have is the camera is not being picked up by the computer ....
I have NFI what I'm doing wrong.....I'm a computer nuff nuff.....
What's the story? Can this tlp211 adaptor transmit the images to my computer ?
