Deco X50-5G problem with 5G
After over a month of use, I'm having trouble connecting to the 5G network (network mode: Preferred 5g). My Deco has no connection problem when I change the network mode to "4G only". Nothing changed, the connection stopped connecting overnight.

Did Deco X50-5G turn red during the disconnection?
Would a power restart help to restore the internet connection?
I left a message with the latest beta firmware for Deco X50-5G which has improved the unstable connection in certain cases.
Please install the beta firmware first and check whether it helps.
Later if Deco X50-5G drops again, please help me save the following details:
1. Some screenshots of the Internet settings on the Deco APP when Deco was red and disconnected.
2. Please save a copy of the system log from the web UI.

Hello.
This morning, I encountered a total loss of 5G and wifi connection. I reseted the Deco but now I am locked out because the Deco has no Internet...
i tested another SIM card, I verified successful 4G access with my mobile.
Now I'm stucked, I asked for a ticket from support.
Maybe it is related to Damian_Sz problem ?
Ni information available from device because Android cannot connect, because Deco has no Internet.

Finally, I solved my problem : when you reset the DECO, you have to ADD a new device on the app.
Then you can configure it. everything solved.
