I require some help on how to setup QoS. Everything I have searched hasn't actually been able to give a clear overview of how to use it and what to enter.

I have a pretty bad internet connection at home. The speed is decent but some of the devices connected like an iPod on Youtube seems to turn the internet slow for everyone else and I figured QoS may be able to help however I, along with some people i've talked too, don't know how to setup QoS correctly on my router.
