WR740N Wireless speed is too low

Hi,
My router, WR740N has 150 Mbps wireless speed. It should transfer files in the local network with about 18 Megabytes per second, however it transfers maximum of 5-6M.
Laptop shows 150Mbps connection, signal strength is good. Latest firmware.
Any ideas?
