tplink deco mesh - only one unit works
Hi ,
I've purchased TpLink Deco M4R -mesh wifi hotspot- 3 units.
I've downloaded the Deco app from google play.
I've followed the instructions but only one unit works, other units blink -RED.
The Android app stoped sending the code to my email.
Please help.

The main Deco is the one that was connected to the ISP modem via an Ethernet cable.
Have you tried to refer to this link to configure the Deco M4?

For the Deco APP version, you can find it on the Deco APP>"三" on the top left> APP Settings>About
You can also reach out to the local hotline/chat live agent to get further assistance about the network configuration:

Hi, Can I have the firmware version of your Deco M4?

-Do you mean the 2FA authentication codes?
-Can I have the version number of your Deco APP?

-Have you tried to reset the red Deco, then move it next to the main M4 and add it again on the Deco APP?

Hi,
How do I see the tplink app version ?
What is the main wifi repeater among the 3 I've got ?
My app is not sending any code to my email so it doesnt continue and so I cant comunicate with the deco devices in -RED.
