MR3020 multiple device issue

I am able to successfully connect to Internet on my MR3020 with tata photon. But after this I am trying with Reliance Netconnect , it is not connecting.The Network status on the modem page keeps saying connecting. Is this device made to handle only one type of data card ? Can't we alternate data cards , if say there are multiple users ?
The Reliance dongle is Huawei EC150 and tata photon is EC1260
