MR3020 + E3272 + NVR issue

Hi all,
My configuration:
MR3020 latest fw
Huawei LTE E3272
NVR (cameras) 192.168.1.100
The issue I am having is as follows:
When only the E3272 is plugged into my router the internet works I can access router admin page (192.168.0.254), (factory settings for IP pool i.e. 192.168.0.100-199). This is OK
When only the NVR is plugged into the LAN port of my router I cannot access internet (this obvious as there is no LTE modem). If I want to be able to access my NVR I need to reconfigure the router so that the admin page is on 192.168.1.254 – then the IP pool starts at 192.168.1.100 and I can see the NVR/cameras. This is again OK.
Now at this stage when I plug in the LTE modem the internet starts working but I am no longer able to access neither the M3020 admin page not the NVR. I suspect that the problem is than the LTE modem gets an IP address 192.168.1.100 (see screenshot to better understand what I mean please) which results in a conflict
Anyone has any idea how I could solve this so I could access the internet, nvr(locally) as well as the admin page of M3020? My idea was to change the IP that the LTE router gets but I have not been able to find out how .
Thank you for your time and help in advance!
Richard
