Deco app stuck at 0kpbs download speed even when other client are downloading.

Bug appear only in Access Point mode, in router mode it showing download speed normally.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

It is suggested to refer to How to Understand Speed Rates on the Deco APP

It displays the real-time local transfer(RX/TX) speed and updates approximately every 5 seconds. When the Deco APP just started or there are plenty of online clients, the relative data may need to be retransmitted multiple times from the hardware before successful synchronization. In this way, the speed rate might shortly display as “0 kpbs” or “-/-”. This process will be improved over time through Deco APP upgrades.

So it doesn’t stand for the actual network download/upload speed and is mainly used as a reference to check if Deco is actively hosting a local network with online clients.

However, if the download rate stays at 0kbps all the time, please feel free to submit the Deco APP feedback to us:
