Router works fine when supply voltage is slightly under 5V (eg. 4.85V) measured direct on the pcb. The green light lights continuously after it has booted and connected. With 5V or a little over 5V the green light blinks slowly 4 times non stop and the router never connects. Any ideas ?

Hi@fotografm,
Have you tried a different wall socket? It is also possible that there is a lot of interference between the wall sockets in different locations.
