Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Unable to find out

My NX200 will not stay powered on.

 

I moved the plug, but when I power it back on, the power light will flash, then the WiFi light will come on for a few seconds, then the whole lot powers off.

 

Not sure what the problem is, but found it may be "bricked", so down loaded the latest firmware, unzipped etc and was trying to see about loading it.

 

Powered on the nx200, while pressing the wps button and it just when through the same routine and powered off again. It did not create a hotspot so I can not load the firmware

  @Marvin_S every thing was the same set up, just a different plug socket. Not sure but I suspect I may have pressed the ups button before/ during / after and it effected the extender.

 

Anyway after some investigation, I set it up for 4g, as opposed to 5g and that resolved the problem.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you have tried different power sockets for the router, you are using the original power adapter and reset did not help, it is suggested to contact local retailer or support team to confirm warranty.
