Hi,

Ever since i bought MR3220 Router one week ago, i've been unsuccessfully trying to connect my Reliance Netconnect Modem(ZTE AC 2738). It just not working.
Even though it is not listed in compatibility list on the Website, the support folks confirmed it is indeed supported with MR 3220.
I have tried entering the credentials manually(net/net) yet it doesn't work.Even my firmware version is the latest (20-06-2014). The Modem is shown as identified but the status is
always "connecting..". IT never connects.
I've been trying to reach the support from last few days.Its pathetic that nobody answers the call during the mentioned time (10AM - 6PM).
Can somebody help?
