problem driver for Network Card TF-3200

Windows 7 64bits
PC Asus CM6830
After a problem with the network adapter(Ethernet and Wi-fi) integrate in motherboard of this PC.
We just bougth Network Card TF-3200.
Try to install the driver "Windows 7 64bits" with the CD inside and no more connection.
However, no problem on a boot CD to connect on internet ! <>
With which go on TP-Link site to download these both drivers; http://www.cjoint.com/14oc/DJEdmeqhsMf_tp-link.jpg
With no more better result << try both with ; Vista 64 bit and Windows 7 64 bits >>.
Also.
On a driver site we launch a scan and that found; IC Plus ip 10/100 fast Ethernet Adapter (version 5.03.11.1230)
But unable to download it.
If somebody have a suggest or better, know how to fix this, thank.

This w7 installation have no infection or virus.
