PC problem: Very slow WiFi speed

Hi, I've created profile here because I really need a help with this thing and I hope that someone would find some time to help me with my problem.
I'm using main PC with router attached (TL-WR740N), my brother is connected on his laptop, our phones are also logged on that connection.
My problem is that download speed from our provider is 15 Mbps, and from that I have only 1-2 Mbps, while my brother is having 10-12 Mbps most of the time. This strange problem with speed is started just few days ago. I formatted my PC (I thought that issue is there), searched online for different solutions, now I'm not sure is there some problem with my router configuration or something like this.
