Slow download speed when connected on wifi

Hello, yesterday I received new router from Telekom because i signed the contract for another 2 years. The problem is that when I set all things, when I connect on my wifi I have download speed (speedtest.net) only about 0.89 MB/s and upload about 4 MB/s. But when I am connected to the router by cable I have about 50 MB/s and upload same when I am connected on wifi (about 4 MB/s). I tried almost all what I found on internet (installed new firmware, looked if I don't use QoS, factory reset and set up again, etc.). I don't know what should I do now. Can someone help me ? Maybe I will call tomorrow to the Telekom. (I am from Slovakia)
