Hi everyone,

I have a network of 6 powerlines connected around the house (3 x PA6010's and 3 x PA6030's) which we use to connect an alarm system, additional wireless access point, sky boxes, kids laptops etc. All been working fine for last 6 months. However, for the last couple of days a couple of these dont seem to be working and more of a concern is that my wireless network doesnt work. After wasting 2 hours on the phone with BT who couldnt solve it, i disconnected the powerlink from my BT homehub router and the access to the wireless network is fine again. As soon as i plug the powerlink back in which is connected to the bt router, access to the wireless network is lost and we get the usual "unable to join network" message on wireless devices.

I really dont know what to do. I used to use MAX VALUE 200mps homeplugs which also worked fine but became unreliable and so i replaced with the TP link ones 6 months ago.

If anyone else has experienced this issue, or has some words of advice, would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

Is there anything changed in your network before these issues happened?

Check whether there is a loop or not. A loop can lead to broadcast storm and put down the network.
