Region : Egypt

Model : TL-WA801ND

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I want to buy access point yet when i reviewed the specification of two of them i have found that the transmit power of TL-WA801 ND is <20dBm(EIRP) and that of TL-WA901 ND is also <20dBm(EIRP)
yet the TL-WA801 ND has two antenna
and the TL-WA901 ND has three antenna
so what is the deference between both as regard he coverage area and range

many thanks fotodomaris
yet the router also has <20dBm(EIRP)
and i want to know specific issue
is the transmit power of the AP or Router represent the EIRP ( the power output plus antenna gain) or it represent the power otput and so increaing number of antenna will increase the EIRP and subsequently the coverage area

I think from your answer that the transmit power equal EIRP so there is no differance in coverage area betweenTL-WA901 ND and TL-WA801 ND
