Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 1.1.1 Build 140228 Rel.43206

ISP : Flip

I have a Samsung BD-F5100 which I use to stream videos from my PC to a TV.

This was all working fine until I upgraded my modem/router from D-Link DSL-G604T to a TP-LINK TD-W8960N.

Now all I get when I try to play a video on the Samsung is either "Device Disconnected" or "Not Available".

The PC runs Windows 8.1 Pro X64.

Hardware on the TD-W8960N is V4.

Any help or info would be warmly welcomed. smile

The router doesn't support standard DLNA module, which causes the compabibility issue as yours.

No problem here. Did you enable UPnP?

Here I want to show you some guidelines that i take from Samsung BD-F5100 Manual to resolve your issue:
Check if automatic update is available.
Install the drivers manually.
Perform hard reset for your model.
By all these tips i think your problem would be fixed.
