Hello...

I have 3 pack powerline + 1 extra adapter in house.
One of adapters downstairs (not extra one) is frequently disconnected - can't ping it.

When I replug this failed adapter the connection is back for a while.

Any advise, what should I check?

Did you turn off power saving? Maybe it helps.

You can also try to configure static IP on the device which is connected to the adapter downstairs.

How should I connect adapters to configure?
Each adapter direct to PC? I can't find any instructions...

Yes, connect adapters to your PC one by one and run the utility. You will see the option to disable power saving.
