Provide the topology.
What have you done? Did you open port 3389?

Any anti-virus software or firewall on your clients blocks it?
It should not be a router issue.

Thank you for the support:

My problem was my Windows 8.1. The mad firewall. With my old WiFi had no problems, but when I connected my new WiFi could not . I had to delete and create the rules in the Firewall again.
