Device was on and working yesterday night. Woke up this morning and found it stuck on TP-LINK logo. Device does not boot, tried reset, tried connecting to pc, tried removing and reinstalling battery. tried removing simcard. I only get the TP-Link logo after trying to power on.

Please help

The screen shows TP-LINK all the time? You may take it back to the shop and test if it is faulty or not.

Hi Vivian,

Yes it shows TP-LINK all the time. Unfortunately I bought it from Italy and I live in Malta and the cost of travelling does not justify a replacement.

I was hoping that there is some special recovery method that allows the user to upload a firmware to SD and run a recovery mode. But such feature is not documented.
