Archer D9 V1 USB 3.0 Not working

Hi, I have the same issue. Archer C9 V1. The USB 3.0 port does not recognize any of my usb 3.0 drives (WD My Book and a Sandisk flash drive). However, when I plug in a USB 2.0 drive (old Lexar flash drive), it is recognized.
The only thing I can probably do update the firmware.
Before I do, I just wanted find out if you resolved your issue.

What's the format of your USB drive?
You can upgrade the latest firmware and check if the USB3.0 works fine.
