Hello,
I have a problem with my Archer T3U AC1300. When plugging it into USB 3.0, it keeps disconnecting and sometimes not wanting to connecting to my network at all, but when I use a USB 2.0 port, it works just fine. I have downloaded the latest drivers from tp-link and have the same device manager settings on both ports. I also have checked the speed in the network and sharing center, which are both 585 when the 3.0 port works. The reason I am wanting it to work in 3.0 is because my pc boots about 15sec faster than the usb to function, and correct me if I'm wrong, but with usb 3.0 it should boot faster right?
Anyways, thanks in advance.

@Scutch  Hello,

Thank you for your valuable feedback, may I know when T3U disconnects, what is the adapter Status on Device Manager, is there any Error code?

Make sure you have disabled other Wi-Fi adapter if there is any
You could try this chipset driver for  and see if help with the issue:

Below is the instruction to manually install driver:

I did not hear about USB 3.0 help PC boot up faster, but USB 3.0 has transfer Speed USB 2.0 and may help with the speed of adapter.
If the issue still happens, can I have a photo of the Error message when it disconnects? Please help us check the  computer motherboard info and send us the photos: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

Thank you.
