archer t3u not detected as usb 3.0

hello the wifi usb archer tu3 does not work as a usb 3.0 device. Windows gives the message that: "this device can work faster if connect to usb 3.0". What I can do? I already updated drivers.

Adpaters are likely to be usb2.0 mode when connected to 2.4Ghz wifi band, you could switch to 5Ghz wifi band and see if that makes any difference.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
For test purpose, in Adapter property settings, Wireless Mode : Auto >select 802.11ac and see if the device will be in USB 3.0 . In 802.11ac, the adapter will only see 5Ghz Wifis.
- Please confirm you have installed the latest official latest driver for Archer T3U
- Test the adapter on USB 3.0 port of a different computer to help isolate issue
- Try the chipset driver for T3U Plus Realtek Chipset Driver (Win7/Win10)
If still the same, can I have a photo of the USB 3.0 (error) message on the computer or a photo showing it is recongized as 2.0
