TP-Link ANT2424B Which other devices should I use?

This is my current situation:
My neighbour has no problem sharing his internet with me. He lives about 300 meters away. He has a mobile internet box without any possibility to put cables inside. Everything works over Wlan.
Some specifications:
LTE/DC-HSPA+ WLAN Router
WLAN 802.11 b/g/n
His box is standing inside and I have to pass 1 or 2 trees. They are not very dense grown.
At the moment I have a Alfa AWUS036NH USB Adapter with a 9dBi receiver. Of course I don't receive his box at the moment with this. But maybe I could use this in the setup?
What I want is to receive his internet and to connect with my computer and/or laptop wireless. So everything at home should as well be Wifi.
The TP-Link ANT2424B would come on the roof and since the cable would not be able to reach my computer I would like to have an installation for this on my attic.
Do I need a Access point or a Router or something else for this?
Which devices are recommended?
It can cost some, but also not to much. (which is relative I realise, but give me ideas and I can see if it's worth it).
