Streaming Priority on VG3631

Just wondering if there is a way to improve video/audio streaming...
For example if I like my Youtube or Pandora... to get priority bandwidth or perhaps guarantee a certain bandwidth is that something the router can do???
I updated the firmware and cant find any QoS options...
