Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.7 Build 20240510 rel.17306

2.4ghz and 5ghz (1) work fine problem is the 5ghz 2 random stopped working nothing can connect or detect it, tried turning on/off, checked firmware for updates, checked settings to make sure it's on and none of which worked. Would like to save factory reset as last resort.

Hello @AcerLinux ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Have you reset the router for a comparison?  Please use a pin to press and hold RESET button until the LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

Please change its channel to Band 4, which is channel 149-165, if your router supports it.

Please change the wireless name to a different one.

Please check whether all your devices can't see the 5G-2?
