Model: Archer TX20E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Win10x64

I've followed the instructions in the manual and managed to get the Wi-Fi to connect without any complications. However, when installing the Bluetooth drivers, at first glance, it's not a problem, as even in the Device Manager section, it appears as if there are none. However, when I try to connect with another Bluetooth device, either from the computer or the other device, it either pretends to connect and never does, or immediately displays a message saying that it could not connect. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

Hello@ElyasBmol ,

Welcome to our community.

For your case, here are some suggestions:

1. Make sure your device has BLUETOOTH function.

2. Make sure you have installed the latest Bluetooth driver on the computer. Please install here: Archer TX20E(UN)_V1_20250702_Win10_11.

3. For devices with non-standard Bluetooth protocols, such as Logitech Mouse, there may be some compatibility problems.

Best Regards.
