Problems with Google Store on Android

I have a computer connected to internet with a modem router A 02- RA 141.Last year i bought a Tp Link TL-WR 741 ND because I wanted a wifi net for my smartphone.Now I changed my smarphone(I got an LG G4) but I have a strange problem: I can't open Google Store .I thought that my phone had a problem but in bar down my street where is an access point Google Store is working.
Now I was wondering if the settings of my wifi net are right.
Do you have some ideas?
