There is no "Telephony" menu availiable under the "Advanced" menu in the top and/or menu.

 

This is what my overview shows.. I would here expect to phone availiability, but maybe I am wrong.. 

No Telephony menu

NB. 

I ordered it from UK shipped to EU. Once opened in EU nx510v requested a firmware upgrade, which it got. And this is the status..
My question is : Would I have been able to see the Telephony menu, if I had not updated it. - Or is this a general "issue" not being able to find/see the menu?

Thx for your quick reply..

 

As additional information.. I did not buy the nx510v from my ISP or any other ISP. - I bought from Amazon directly, and therefore it would surprice me if the nx510v should be firmware "locked".. 

 

However does TP-link have an ISP translation table over all ISP that you have a joint venture with.. so I can back track the ISP number of mine..?

The nx510v work out of the box with the current firmware, even though the setup of phone is not availiable.

As NX510v is a service provider model, the Telephony is likely an advanced feature locked by the mobile ISP.

You can send an email to the local technical support with the current firmware version, as well as the ISP version, here  for further confirmation:
