BE65-pro / X50-poe / X50-outdoor liss if client list in app and web interface after 1.3.1 update
Hi
I have lost the online client list from both the app and web interface schematic , no devices are shown online including 13 Sonos devices all though they are working as normal , connection to the internet is not a problem only the lack of a client list .

if it's any use to anyone in a similar position, I've got to the bottom of the issue , I have multiple (25+) " fixed" devices , Sonos speakers , Apple tv's all on allocated IP addresses dedicated from the be65 pro used as my master deco, apparently after several hours of digging it appears the recent 1.3.1 firmware update didn't like my fixed Ip's , I've had to unregister them all , which forced them back onto dhcp and allowed them to show up in the connected device list , I've had to then reallocate/ register all 25+ devices with fixed ip's back again , thus fixed the issue for me but has taken an age to tie existing MAC addresses back to fixed ips !

Thank you very much for your attempt, and glad to hear your case is resolved.
Based on your description, you may also try using DHCP reservations on your Deco to assign fixed IP addresses to your clients and see if that helps.
