Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel. 47884

Recently I bought these deco in Singapore and my wifi camera is not able to access these deco. All these have been done.

1. Enabled the IOT network under Deco APP>More.

2. Set it to be 2.4ghz only with WPA2 as the wireless security.

3. No special characters and symbols.

4. Turned off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

 

please guide me to link the deco to my cameras.

Hi,
You can check if the following tips help.


  1. Please ensure your camera is not within the Deco's Block List.
  2. Check if other devices can connect to the 2.4 GHz IoT network, such as your phones.
  3. Turn on a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, set the same SSID and password for the hotspot Wi-Fi as the Deco's IoT network, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it, and check if it can connect to the phone's hotspot Wi-Fi. 
If not, it's recommended to contact your camera support for assistance.
If so, turn off the hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reboot the camera, move it close to the Deco, and check if it can connect to the IoT network.
