TLWR841ND Adapters makes high pitch sound on 2 of your products

Hello, I have problem with your products because everytime i turn on TLWR841ND wifi adapter I hear high pitched sound from adapter. When i put lan cable in it changes tone of the sound. My head hurts because of that sound. I thought it was a faulty product. I claimed for the product and I got a refund. So, i bought another one from another seller and AGAIN same problem.
