Need help in firewall setting

Firmware Version : 0.6.0 1.12 v0021.0 Build 150507 Rel.40130n
ISP : PTCL
I have w9980 dsl modem router I am trying to add websites to be blocked from access but due to them being over 100+ sites I have to add each website in wan ipv4 rule and click add url thus quite the manual labor to copy paste more than 100+ websites and click add. Any way I can add multiple url directly or append multiple on same line and single click add multiple url's?
