Dear support i have dell laptop 3420.I have latest drivers ( Version: 6.20.55.51) installed for my wireless card(

Dell Wireless 1704 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Driver

) . Router hardware version is give below









Firmware Version: 3.17.0 Build 150105 Rel.61576n
Hardware Version: WR740N v4 00000000



when i try to connect to wifi router all all other latops (lenovo and hp get connected including my phones as well) but this dell laptop is not able to connect to tplink router.It give error as mentioned in attached screenshot.There is no signals issue or key issue.Its just tplink cannot connect the Dell laptop any way.
Dell laptop is running windows 7 64bit.
Following steps already tried to resolve the issue.
Rest router and reconfigure it.
Changed SSID name.
Upgraded router firmware.
Updated laptop driver.
Restarted system many times before connecting to SSID.[ATTACH=CONFIG]4298[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]4297[/ATTACH]

Please help in providing support for connecting dell laptop.
