C3150, 2.4GHz channel resets after power cycle

Bought C3150 yesterday. All setup is complete and it is working.
But,,, After power off the on, the channel of 2.4GHz leaps back to 1 which is the default value. I have set it to 9 before power cycle and saved.
Strangely, even the actual RF wave is at channel 1, the setup page shows channel 9. It goes back to channel 9 when I hit the save button again.
The problem is reproducible.
5GHz channel stay as I set, after power cycle.
Should I return this one as defective? Or can I expect firmware update?
The HW vrsion is V2, firmware is 0.1.00.9.1 V005f.0 Build 160920.
