My c3150 freez no reset work all botton not work no internet no power look in the pic plis

Hello, as per the pic you attached, it seems that there are only the PWR, Internet and WPS LEDs are on, the wireless and LAN are off, please help check the below:
1. Try to press the Wi-Fi on/off button multiple times and see if that makes any difference.
2. Do you still use the original power adapter? Was there any power cut or bad weather or firmware upgrading before it behaves abnormally?
3. Try to hard reset it by holding the reset button or hole for 10s.
4. Are you able to access its web UI from a browser? What is the hardware and firmware version? Is there any available firmware for it? You may check on the official website:

5. When and where did you buy this also?

Im buy in us and im from israel and all fine after reset this not work all botton not efect my rauter os freez

Hello @Mosheelma, thanks for getting back.
Do you mean a hardware reset even doesn't help? If that is the case, the router might be faulty. While we don't offer an International warranty for our users, so I'm afraid you cannot get it replaced in the US.

@Kevin_Z - Is there any new Firmware coming for this router - it has problems and it has been 3.5 years since the last release? I like tp-link routers- easy to use and well specified but far too buggy and never any fixes coming.
