TP Link M7350 won't boot.

Hey guys, posted this in another section, sorry for the double post, feel free to delete which ever is wrong.
Anyway, my router just won't boot. It ran out of battery and it won't work since. The background light and TP-Link comes on the screen, but never boots up.
Tried charging, removing battery, sim card, plugging into my laptop - no joy.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
