IPs get resetted. Any teick to make them static?

I have tplink wr841n. I dont know what the problem is it facing with ISP,it keeps resetting all the fields IP address,subnet mask,default gateway and dns server and set all these to 0.00......To resolve this,I need to reboot it several times and then it works fine. I dont know how these things work. Can anybody please suggest me solution to this problem.
