Hi!

I have a ticket printer connected via rj45 to a WA850RE on a kitchen on a local restaurant, and a couple of usb-enabled ticket printers connected directly onto the PC.

The PC is connected via WiFi to the extended range that WA850RE enables, and (of course), the usb-enabled printers work flawlessly.

Now, the ethernet one isn't working as expected. It has a fixed IP (192.168.1.100) and when you ping it from the PC it responds, but when adding this printer via the Windows 7 wizard, it doesn't responds and the TCP/IP connection doesn't seems to be stable.

I would like to know if there is anything that should be done so this works, and the W7 pc detects and installs correctly the ticket printer, having in mind that it's connected via rj45 to the WA850RE.

Thanks!

The ticket printer is a network printer.
Make sure the PC is working when it is connected to the extender.
Can you use it when the ticket printer directly connected to the computer?
