Archer C2600 upload problem, Archer C3200 problem 2.4GHz

I bought a router as in the subject, and I have a problem the average blacksmith does not notice. I already write why, I have a symmetrical link and the blacksmith only up max 20 to 40.up
And after wifi or lan the upload is cut.
I'll add that hw version. On box 1.1 installed the latest software.
Archer c7 d 102 up 98 wifi cable
C 2600 d 102 up 40 wifi cable
I called the info line tplink consultant issued the opinion that the equipment was broken and to return.
Any idea?

Archer C3200 tp software can not use 2.4 / GHz bandwidth The maximum bit rate of 130Mb / s in Archer C7 was 300Mb / s it's ok
I add that I connected with devices with the 300Mb card and more in the 2.4GHz band hp probook and macpro
