@Jorael If you are happy with P9s as powerline adapters and don't need their WiFi, why can't you just ignore Deco WiFi? Treat Deco WiFi signal just like you could treat any neighbors WiFi network...

@Imnewatthis Deco units create new WiFi network. It is by design. You can't use S4 as WiFi range extender. Sorry, you bought the wrong hardware.
