@wapplew I recently upgraded my MODEM to one capable of GIG speeds and my connection issue was solved when COMCAST entered my new MODEM's MAC Address into its' system.

@Sorin7559 Even though a hard wired setup is generally better, as a trouble shoot I'd try setting the satellites up wirelessly.

In your case, I'd "future proof" myself with the DECO X60.

@Vuljeu Not to be too basic here, but a refresher in just what it takes to make that Internet Conncetion may be in order. Unless you have an "all in one" Modem/Router, you have two separate devices....
