@TP-Link I have thesame issue with an english version the other IPAD that I tried to set up the switch is an english same message my other IPAD that we use is on english

@Johnnyboy54 just tried with another devise with. IO S 14.5 still have the same message and I have check my network connection everything it as per the reference link that you snt me ??

Sorry I forgot, the model number is HS200 I use an IPad to link the smart switch we have 2Ipad I tried both of them same issue or same message I’ll tried my I phone 6 today

Here th@TP-Link here the message that I receive every time tha I try to link my switch to my network light still blanking Amber and green I reset the switch 10 second also and retry alway the same...
